Architecture Note — API Gateway
All external integrations are routed through a central API Gateway that enforces authentication (OAuth 2.0 / JWT), rate limiting, and audit logging. Stub endpoints return mock responses conforming to the target API schema, enabling frontend development and testing to proceed in parallel with backend integration work. Phase 2 will replace stubs with live credentials provisioned by State ICT.
